With years of success and experience, my experience in personalized training makes me capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for our patients. We will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle, including your strength and fitness goals!
Amy has been strength training with me since January and has already shed Almost 5% of her body fat, lost inches in her waist and throughout her whole body. She’s also gained strength and balance.
She cross trains on her own, recently completing the North Shore Swim Series race. She stays active during her time off of work by adding beautiful Hawaii hikes to her active lifestyle.
I have no doubt she’s going to reach her goals. Great job Amy, keep up the great work!!
